United Community Management Corp. is thankful to the various vendors that have serviced our managed communities over the years. United has a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all vendors prior to authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts. In order to fulfill this responsibility, United has signed up with a 3rd party vendor compliance firm named VIVE.

United and Vendor Information Verification Experts (VIVE) have partnered to consolidate the current vendor licensing and insurance tracking process. As one of our most valued vendors, it’s important that we give you an opportunity to become certified immediately.

VIVE will collect a W9, license information, and appropriate insurance documentation and coverage levels that are based on the scope of work your firm does for community associations managed by United. The predetermined minimum insurance requirements are recommended by industry insurance risk managers relevant to the work that is performed at our client’s properties. The registration process is quick and easy. For a nominal annual fee of $72 (covers certification for all of the United Associations you provide services to), your firm can start the process to become a Certified Vendor for all properties managed by United.
