United Community Management was founded in 1991. We specialize in community association management in Southeast Florida and the Florida Panhandle.

We’ve graciously grown to manage over 225 communities that encompass over 35,000 homes. Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals. Our service systems and methodology is based upon the best practices within the community associations industry.

Sherry Judd-Tuller

Sherry has been with United for 20 years and has been leading United as its President since 2019.  She holds PCAM, AMS, CMCA, and LCAM designations.

Renee Campbell

Renee has been with United for over 25 years and oversees the financial affairs of United as well as our accounting department. Renee holds an LCAM designation.

Chris Tuller

Senior Vice President
Chris has been with United for 17 years and oversees all our communities in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.  Chris holds CMCA, AMS, and LCAM designations.

Sharon Caputo

Senior Vice President
Sharon has been with United since 2009 and oversees all our communities in Palm Beach County out of our Palm Beach Gardens satellite office.  Sharon holds CMCA and LCAM designations.

Linda Alford

Director of Accounting
Linda has been with United for about 15 years and is directly responsible for the operations of the accounting department providing financial operations to all our communities.

Ronnie Abelson

Director of Resident Services
Ronnie has been with United for over 20 years and oversees all of our Resident Services staff, who deal directly with our homeowners and provide administrative support to our community managers.

Sara Griffin

Director of Document Management
Sara joined United in 2020 and leads this department which handles the conversion of all papers into digital format, mailing of all correspondence to owners, and assuring our website portals are constantly updated with documents produced monthly.
